1 - Write a Business plan
This document will define all the goals you want to achieve with a timeline. So, everyone set your targets for 2009 if you have not done so and of course write them somewhere also.

2 - Evaluate your current position
You assess your current position on the roadmap and then re-adjust your goals to make them more realistic. I can set a goal that I want to make $250,000 by the end of year but if I have not made a single dollar so far, it will be difficult to achieve that goal. So I should set my target again according to my current situation.

3 - Resource planning
Time and money are the resources which can be spent on blogging. Some have both and some of only time and hard on budget and some have money and no time to spend. So, as a blogger who have just set a goal, have to plan my resources at hand to achieve that target.

4 - Do you have any inspiration?
Well if you dont have any ispiration to do what you are doing then find one. Without right motivation and inspiration, it is difficult to achieve goals in any walk of life. So find one now.

Sending images to my friends and family using email has been always a problem as it takes long time to upload images to email server and then it takes time to download the images by the friends and family members.

There are a number of image sharing websites out there which provide good and reliable image hosting. I know it might be very basic simple thing for many bloggers but it took me some time to find out how to add videos from youtube.com, Gooogle Videos, Metacafe or Myspace videos on my wordpress blog. I found some solutions for that but the most simple one was by the installation of My Video wordpress plugin.

Is it possible to lose 12 pounds in 2 days?

I have been working on my laptop for last five six months now and during this whole time I didn't take care of myself at all. Result a big belly and gaining about 10 pounds. It sounded prety appealing to me specially when I saw that I can get trial bottle for just paying the shipping and handling only. I decided to give it a try. The diet is supposedly the 'blend' of all natural fat burning herbs and minrals and vitamins with a powerful appetiet supperssant. I ordered the Free bottle of 2-day Slimdown and paid $7.97 as shipping and handling charges.

I received the trial bottle of 2-day Slimdown and followed the instructions to use it. I had it to use following so called 4-4-4 formula meaning 4 ounce of formula in 4 ounces of cold water 4 times a day. I also had to drink 8 liters of water in a day. Did I lose weight and how did I feel during the time when I was using 2-day Slimdown? Well answer is yes I did lose about 5 pounds in two days but it was not all that easy time. I did feel a bit tired and hungery occasionally but supperessed that by drinking glass of cold water. Honestly, it is very hard for me to state that if the weight loss was becuase of the 2-day Slimdown formula or cause I didn't eat for two days and had just water and water only. I wonder if I will lose weight and feel the same if I used only water for two days! I will try that as well and report it on this blog once I do that.

Over 70% of social networking users would stop using a site

Few U.S. consumers are willing to pay a monthly fee to use social networking sites, according to Digital Media Habits II, a new survey from market research firm Parks Associates. This online survey of Internet users found 72% of social networking users would stop using a site if required to pay a $2 monthly fee. Likewise, nearly 40% would stop if a site contains too many advertisements.

These findings present a challenge to the companies competing in the social networking space. Parks Associates found 80% of broadband users ages 18-25 use these sites on a monthly basis; however, monetizing these users is proving to be difficult, with even category leaders such as MySpace struggling to turn big profits.

“Having a big base of loyal users is not enough,” said John Barrett, director of research at Parks Associates. To really succeed, he pointed out, social networking sites must consistently deliver to advertisers a desirable consumer demographic, preferably when they are about to make a purchase decision. For example, a site devoted to car buyers presents obvious advertising opportunities while sites with broad appeal are too watered down to command a premium. “Sites aren’t able to sell a hodgepodge mix of consumers for very much,” Barrett said. “It’s one size fits nobody.”

ENGLAND auctioned for $60,001

England auction was resumed today for 5 minutes from 2:00PM EST to 2:05PM EST and the highest bid was $60,001.

The identity of the new king/queen of England is not revealed yet as the winning bidder has decided to remain anonymous. Weblo will announce the winner officially after confirming details with the winner. Although, the highest bid was $65,001.00 which was placed after the allowed 5 minutes of bidding (as shown in the picture above) so it was discarded and weblo decided to accept $60,001 as the highest bid.

Weblo’s Virtual Domain-Buying Site Funded for $3.3M

Weblo.com has received a funding of $3.3M from the VantagePoint Venture Partners. It may be surprising for some people, but I think that weblo does have a lot of potential to attract funding.

Weblo is allowing its users to manage celebrity pages or purchase virtual real estate ranging from regular properties to entire states or provinces. Weblo is currently auctioning England which closing today (July 17, 2007) at 2:05PM EST.

Regular properties include many holy places as well, for example, Kaaba. It provides information about the place and other useful information like how to find the direction of Qibla to which Muslims face during their prayer.

Some people think weblo as a pyramid scheme, however, I strongly beleive it has no ressemblance or any feature in common with pyramid schemes. The members or weblonians can earn money without even spending a single cent. The good example is the management of celebrity fan sites for example, the fan site of Vida Gurrea has received about 200k hits so far and manager has earned $121.45 and still making money. The manager registered a free celebrity without spending any money and is making money. So there are opportunities for every one at weblo, it all depends if some one is willing to accept that or not.

Yes it is right. England was being auctioned by weblo.com and today at the time of closing of the auction, the highest bid was $53,000.00.

The new King of England is the weblonian who uses alias of Dr. Jonson. So not only England has new Prime Minister Mr. Gordon Brown in real world but also a new Monarch in virtual world.

I would like to congratulate Dr. Jonson for become the newest virtual king of the England in the virtual world of Weblo.com.

watching as spectators and counting down the minutes to 12:05 am July13th when
suddenly the auction closed at 12:00am and 29 seconds with the top bid over

Auctioning of England is continueing at Weblo and highest bid there so far is around US$20,000. Nobody knows who is going to be the first virtual king/queen of England till the auction is closed on July 12, 2007. There is no restriction on who can take part in auction, so it is possible that next King/Queen may not be even an English person. Imagine first king/queen of England may be from India, Middle East or Far East :)

By the way whoever refers the successful winner of England Auction will win US$10,000. So please don't join weblo till the auction is closed as I don't want anybody else to win that money.

Flipping (Resale)
The selling of an asset for more money then you paid for it (resale for profit). AdvertisingYour membership level will directly affect the advertising revenue you earn on your site (10% of what is earned for basic/free membership, 50% for VIP members etc.). Revenue is distributed depending on the number of clicks you receive from unique visitors as well.

Mayor Earnings (Greater Revenue Streams)
Mayors earn a 0.5% surcharge applied to every transaction in their city. This means that Weblo Mayors earn $0.05 per every $10 spent in their city. More revenue streams are available to mayors if 2 criteria are met at the moment that the transaction is made in your city:

1) Members visiting your city pages will rank your site. Your site must maintain a relevancy ranking of 60% or higher
2) Your site must be updated on a weekly basis at minimum.If these conditions are met, Weblo

Mayors will also earn:
a) 1% of membership fees from members registered in your city (100 VIPs annually = $269)
b) 1.5% of initial purchase price on properties purchased in your city (from Weblo.com and before transaction fees)c) 2% of all ad revenues earned in your city.

Governor Earnings (Greater Revenue Streams)
Governors earn a 0.25% surcharge applied to every transaction in their state. This means that Weblo Governors would earn $0.25 per every $100 spent in their state.

Governors also earn the following:
a) 10% of membership fees from members registered in your state (100 VIPs annually = $2690)
b) 5% of initial purchase price on properties purchased in your state (from Weblo.com and before transaction fees)
c) 5% of all ad revenues earned in your state

Airport Owner Earnings
Airport owners share all earnings with the other airports in their state. The amounts distributed are based upon the ranking of each airport individually, relative to the others in the state. The highest ranked airport earns more than the lowest ranked but the actual share depends on the number of airports registered in the territory. In other words, the highest ranked airport in a state of 3 airports would earn more than the highest ranked airport in a state of 10 airports.

Earnings include distribution of:
a) 0.25% surcharge applied to every transaction in their state. This means that Weblo Airport owners share $0.25 per every $100 spent in their state
